Volume Village 4 years! Wow, that calls for a celebration. As if this wasn’t enough, Upsi Daisy is turning 1 year the very same weekend.

There is no excuse: Throw your hands in the air for 4 great years under the bridge and much ore to come.

‍

We’re celebrating with hot concerts – and even more to be announced, so keep an eye out.

Who’s playing?

‍

FRIDAY

‍

BJONKO

‍

Euphoric balkan tunes and lotsss of dance!

‍

For more than two decades, Bjonko has developed and delivered wild and fierce Balkan Beats on clarinet and saxophone to the Scandinavian music scene.

‍

Bjonko represents a new style within the Balkan music tradition. He brings Balkan music into dialogue with contemporary music, fired by a driving Macedonian impro style.

‍

A new hybrid that draws the audience out of their chairs and onto the dance floor.

‍

INGA BARI

‍

Expect to hear something unexpected. In a really good way.

‍

With a sound that sits at the intersection of grey, Scandinavian rave cynicism and naive, bubbling grooves. Raw, playful and uncompromising, ranging from club bangers to dusty rave meditations.

‍

Moving restlessly between UK garage, house, trance, ambient electronics and post-club, INGA BARI exists somewhere between ecstasy and unease, analogue nostalgia and digital otherness

‍

The Danish electronic trio has quickly become a frequently talked-about new live act.

‍

With only three releases under their belt, they have played packed shows at SPOT Festival, Kaleido Festival and Live Camp at Smukfest, made their international debut at Berlin’s Pop-Kultur Festival 2026, and are soon set to play their biggest Danish show at Pumpehuset as part of Roskilde Festival’s Headline Flip.

‍

‍

AARHUS VOLUME DJ CREW DJ-SET

‍

A groovy back-to-back-to-back-to-back situation with lots of energy, bangers and BASSSS.

‍

Aarhus Volume DJ crew consists of various members of the cultural association – a crew who surely knows how to throw a party.

‍

SATURDAY

‍

ILMA

‍

See Ilma live for the first time in two years!

‍

ILMA makes pop music that hurts, heals, and moves the dance floor all at once. Her sound exists in the space between emotional club music, hazy synthesizers, heavy 808 beats, and a vocal that shifts from fragile to uncompromising.

Raised in Thy, Denmark, with roots in Bosnia, ILMA writes from a place where the personal meets the inherited. Her music explores the things we carry with us — loss, relationships, identity, generational trauma, and the struggle to find a way through it all.

‍

She creates her music in close collaboration with producer Jonas Bark (Glori).

Her debut album, Everything I Love Is Killing Me, took her to Roskilde Festival, among other stages, where GAFFA awarded her six stars. In 2024, she was selected as one of VEGA’s Selected Artists.

‍

GIRLFRIEND SEASON DJ-SET in the yard

‍

Girlfriend Season is the new, girl DJ trio you didn't know you needed!

‍

We're talking hyper-energy, cute chaos and lots of attitude – all delivered with a twinkle in the eye and a beat that will get the dance floor boiling. Girlfriend Season plays everything from reggaeton and pop club vibes to hypertechno and everything in between, to get you sweating and smiling.

‍

Behind the desk you'll find ASTRA, MAJA HK and QT CARTER – DJ colleagues, Aarhus besties and partners-in-crime in VVE Collective and ID3.lab.

‍

After several years of sharing parties, sweaty dancing shoes and endless track drops, they have finally joined forces and launched Girlfriend Season – a loving clash of individual styles, wrapped in glitter, girl power and groovy bass.
